Can I Respond to a Guest Review for a Holidu reservation?
At the moment, Holidu and other platforms (such as Ferienwohnungen.de, Google, Hundredrooms, Spain-Holiday, Sportihome, and Urlaubsguru) do not allow hosts to reply to guest reviews.
However, we understand how important it is for hosts to have fair and accurate reviews. If you believe a review violates content guidelines, contains false information, or is unfair, please reach out to Holidu support below. Our team will review the case and, if applicable, request a removal from the platform.
