Due to this we are experiencing an increased number of inquiries, therefore we would like to give you some brief information about possible cancellations. Would you like to cancel your booking? As a meta-search engine we are handling bookings of vacation rental providers like Novasol, HRS or EHR. Cancellations have to be made directly with the respective vacation rental provider, and the terms and conditions of those providers apply. What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?

Please also check your spam folder for the booking confirmation email. Normally, it takes up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed. In case you have not received any confirmation, even after 48 hours, please contact us via online contact form. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and the correct e-mail address has been used.

How and when do I find out if my booking request has been confirmed?

When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will normally receive a booking confirmation email from the provider of the accommodation within 48 hours. In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking there, you will receive the confirmation email from this company.
