What to do if I have issues logging in?
If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu Host account, don’t worry! Follow these simple steps based on your device to get back on track:
For Mobile Users – Holidu Host App
1. Reinstall the App If you're unable to log in, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Holidu Host app. After reinstalling, attempt to log in again.
2. Ensure Your Phone’s Date and Time Are Set to Automatic
- On iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time, and make sure both toggles are on.
- On Android: Open the Clock app > tap on More > Settings, and ensure both toggles are on. After making sure your date and time are set correctly, try logging in again.
3. Reset Your Password If you’ve forgotten your password, tap on Forgot Password on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. You have 10 minutes to complete the reset, then try logging in again.
4. Redirected to a Sign-Up Form?If you’re sent to a sign-up form, simply fill it out. After that, you’ll be able to log in to the Holidu Host platform as usual.
For Desktop Users
1. Make Sure You’re on the Right WebsiteEnsure you’re signing in as a host, not a guest. Here’s how:
- Option 1: Visit host.holidu.com and sign in.
- Option 2: Go to holidu.com , click on Account in the top right, and select Login for Hosts.
2. Set Your Computer’s Date and Time to Automatic
- On Mac : Go to the Apple menu > System Settings > General > Date & Time, and turn on both Set time and date automatically and Set time zone automatically using your current location.
- On Windows : Go to Start > Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time, and turn on both Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically. After updating your time settings, try logging in again.
- Reset Your Password On the login screen, click Forgot Password, located below the password field. You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password. Complete the reset within 10 minutes, and try logging in again.
- Redirected to a Sign-Up Form?If you’re directed to a sign-up form, simply complete it. Once done, you’ll be able to access the Holidu Host platform as usual.
