When will I receive my refund for a Booking.com cancelled booking?
If your reservation has been cancelled, the timing of your refund depends on the payment option you selected when booking:
- If you chose "Pay Now": Your refund is fully managed by Booking.com. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed directly by Booking.com. For further assistance, we kindly recommend reaching out to Booking.com’s customer service via chat or phone call.
- If you chose "Pay On": Holidu is responsible for processing your refund. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank’s processing speed, the refund should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days.
