Situated in the beachside town of Byron Bay in northeastern New South Wales is the charming heritage Cape Byron Lighthouse. Go for a leisurely 2-kilometre walk from the town centre of Byron Bay along Lawson Street all the way until you reach the lighthouse. The lighthouse marks the most easterly point in Australia and offers stunning views of the coast. You can even do this walk as a guided tour to learn all about the history of the area and various shipwrecks which happened at this point.

Jervis Bay is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches and marine park areas in the world, with its wide shore of powdery white sands and aquamarine waters. It’s common to spot whales and dolphins jumping in the waters here, as well as a variety of other local species such as penguins, seals, and several types of seabirds. Walk along the idyllic beach, do a dolphin spotting tour, and enjoy plenty of swims in the clean, clear waters.

Of all the beaches in New South Wales, the south coast beaches are considered to be the most beautiful. Experience true paradise on the white sandy shores and turquoise waters.
