Switzerland has two of the steepest funiculars in the world, the Gelmer Funicular and the Stoosbahn. Looking like a rollercoaster, the Gelmer Funicular is open and has a gradient of 106%. Ride up and down the hilly slopes, pass around Lake Gelmersee and have fun on this 10-minute ride. The Stoosbahn, on the other hand, is closed and soars skyward along a 110% gradient. The trip starts in Schwyz and ends in Stoos, a small alpine village perched atop a peak.

Verzasca Dam is the highest bungee jumping point in the world! If you're an adrenaline junkie and think you're brave enough, book in advance to experience the same jump James Bond did. The jump from the dam is considered to be one of the greatest stunts in history.
