This family-friendly property is situated on the first floor of the exclusive Vista D’Oro Residence with a shared pool, located in an elevated position on the Varenna hillside along the eastern lakeshore of Lake Como, in Perledo. The hillside location offers sweeping, unforgettable views of the lake and surrounding area, perfect for a memorable getaway. Please note that the WiFi signal can be weak due to the hillside setting. The International jet-set resort of St. Moritz is just 1.5hrs away by car or train.
Interior
The property offers high-quality, stylish accommodations with a spacious, bright open-plan living area that includes WiFi access. The fully-equipped modern kitchen is fitted with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, and leads to a dining area. The comfortable seating space includes a sofa, satellite TV with DVD player, and a Bose iPod docking system.

Large French doors open from the living area to a balcony terrace, providing breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como. A breakfast table on the terrace allows guests to fully appreciate the spectacular scenery.

The property includes a chic master bedroom with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate an additional two guests if needed. A newly renovated shower room with a washing machine is also available.
Surroundings
Guests can enjoy the resident swimming pool and sunbathing area, nestled in a sheltered, sunny spot. Parking is provided, and a car is highly recommended because of the residence’s hillside setting.

Guests can easily reach Varenna by car. The early Victorian section of Varenna offers a selection of lakeside cafés, fine villas, and the historic Castello di Vezio, perched on the hillside, which hosts frequent falconry displays and medieval re-enactments during the summer and autumn. A picturesque lakeside promenade leads to the medieval part of Varenna with its cobbled piazzas, ancient churches, charming passageways, and a variety of delightful restaurants, wine bars, and boutique craft shops.

The car and passenger ferry as well as the train service from Varenna and Fiumelatte provide a convenient way to explore nearby towns like Bellagio, Menaggio, and even Milan. Known for its mild climate, Varenna enjoys abundant sunshine and warmth into the evening, with lush Mediterranean plants such as olive and cypress trees enhancing its charm. The international jet-set resort of St. Moritz is also just 1.5 hours away by car.
