A large 3-room duplex apartment of 60 m2 on Rue de la Préfecture, next to the Cours Saleya and the beach, two bedrooms on the mezzanine and therefore open onto the living room. The rue de la Préfecture is very busy but the flat opens onto a quieter street.


The accommodation


Welcome to our flat in the heart of Vieux Nice,

Located on the first floor without a lift, you will find all the comforts you need: close to tourist attractions, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and storage, a bathroom with a shower, separate WC, a kitchen open onto the living-dining room with sofa and television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.


Traveller access


The flat is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

The area


Old Nice is the historic and picturesque area of the city with its narrow streets and colourful buildings. It is also a highly sought-after and lively area. Restaurants, bars and shops await you... Not forgetting the beach and the Promenade des Anglais just 2 minutes away. You'll be just a few metres from Place Rosseti, with its famous ice-cream parlours, and Cours Saleya, where you can enjoy the most beautiful market in Nice.

Bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building. Place Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin are just 10 minutes away. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.


Getting around


The flat can be reached from the airport by tram: take line 2 towards Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and the stop is 700m from the flat.

You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.

The Nice-Ville SNCF train station is a 20-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton and Italy easily.

You can also come to Nice by car and park in the Port district or in one of the many public car parks in Vieux-Nice nearby. Access to the street is not possible by car, as Vieux-Nice is a pedestrian area.

Our cleaning and laundry charges are very light.

As a result, the accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travellers must respect the premises, the neighbours and the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of failure to comply with these basic instructions.


Smoking is not permitted inside.
