Description of the apartment

The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, teppanyaki grill on the cooking island with additional sink, oven with steam cooking function, microwave and Nespresso machine.
There is a table for 8 people in the dining area and a breakfast area for 4 people in the living area.
All bathrooms have a rainforest shower, some with lighting/colour change.
In the master bathroom you can look out over the lake from the bathtub.
On the ground floor and in the 2 lake-facing bedrooms, the large windows are fitted with electric blinds to darken the room.
There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom.
The property has WiFi and satellite TV.
A travel cot with mattress and a high chair are available for the little ones.

The Seevilla Berlin is located on a 2000m² waterfront property with approx. 35m of waterfront.
The house has approx. 200m² of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In keeping with the Bauhaus style, the exclusive house was built on the lake side with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.
On the ground floor there is a hallway area with large wardrobes and a guest bathroom with WC, shower, washing area and washing machine.
The approx. 80m² living, dining and kitchen area has a fireplace and a high-quality ceramic kitchen with teppanyaki grill and Nesspresso machine.
Through the large windows you have a wonderful view of the property towards the lake.
An open staircase leads to the gallery from which you can reach 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and double washbasin, separate WC and a dressing area.
2 bedrooms have access to the balcony with wonderful views of the lake.
All bedrooms have double box-spring beds.

In the frost-free period, there is an outdoor shower and an outdoor whirlpool with hot and cold water.
On the ground floor of the outbuilding there is a sauna, shower, WC and relaxation room as well as a games room with billiards and darts. On the upper floor of the outbuilding there is a gents with a small library.
The service charge covers all costs for cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy/water.

The Seevilla Berlin is located on a waterfront property
at the southernmost tip of Berlin in Rauchfangswerder in the Köpenick district.

There is a bus stop about 50 metres from the property,
so the capital can be reached by public
transport even without your own car.

A cultivated bathing area with playground was built by the municipality approx. 300m away on the Großer Zug.
