Our flat, furnished in a modern style, is perfect for your best days. We offer you plenty of space for 4-6 people over two floors to experience peace and relaxation in a dignified ambience. The 117 m² holiday flat has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a cosy living room in the attic. You can relax in the infrared cabin integrated in our large bathroom after an extensive tour.
You can watch the sun rise on the Karwendel while having breakfast on your large east-facing balcony and enjoy sunbathing on the south-facing balcony in the afternoon and evening. After an eventful hike or bike tour in summer or a romantic winter hike or sledging tour, the "BERGerholen" holiday flat is the ideal accommodation for your holiday with friends or family in Mittenwald.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have furnished the holiday flat with 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together made of solid wood.
Two of the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the 1st floor, one bedroom with bathroom and balcony with Karwendel view on the top floor.
On the south side is the cosy kitchen-living room with large dining area for 6 adults in modern country house style with 43 inch flat screen TV and radio/CD player. A fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, large ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine, toaster, kettle. WMF cookware. We are happy to provide kitchen towels.
A cosy living room in the attic with a sofa area invites you to play games together or watch TV (50 inch flat screen TV). We have a selection of board games for you to choose from.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for a small fee.
Free WiFi
The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. You will find bed linen, shower and hand towels, soap.
All rooms have wooden or stone floors and are therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.
Your holiday flat has its own car parking space and/or car port.
You can store your bike, skis or other sports equipment in the lockable storage room.
You are also welcome to borrow hiking poles or sledges or even Zipfelbob from us.
Our house is a non-smoking house! For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed!

Welcome to our new holiday flat "BERGerholen". Up to 6 people have plenty of space to relax on 117 square metres in 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a cosy eat-in kitchen and extra living room. Your holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the Isar river and the Kranzberg hiking area, an ideal starting point for your mountain bike, cycling, hiking and mountain tours in and around Mittenwald all year round. The local family ski area at Luttensee or the cross-country ski trails in Ried can be reached quickly by car or free ski bus (bus stop on our doorstep). Our neighbouring communities of Seefeld and Leutasch offer perfect skiing and cross-country skiing conditions even when there is little snow. After a strenuous day you can relax and unwind in our infrared cabin.
The historic town centre with its pedestrian zone and beautiful parish church is just a 10-minute walk away.

An RVO bus stop is right outside the front door!

You can easily do your shopping on foot at the butcher or Penny around the corner.

- Payment is made in cash on site / in advance by bank transfer
- An advance payment of 20% may be charged after booking
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 80% of the total price.

- The keys will be handed over personally on site or by arrangement
- Pets are not allowed
- A baby cot is available free of charge
- The tourist tax in the following amount will be charged separately on site:

20.12.-31.3. + 1.5.-31.10. 3,00€ per adult / 1,90€ per child
1.11.-19.12. + 1.4.-30.4. 2€ per adult / 1,30€ per child

- Catering: Bread roll service available on request and at extra charge
- Services included: Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, WiFi and car park
- Additional fees: Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used on request and for a fee
