The property boasts a strategic position to visit all the beauties of the city, an excellent starting point to reach all the points of tourist interest. A few minutes away are Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican Museums.

The apartment is located in an area full of services and well served by public transport ("Lepanto" and "Ottaviano" underground line A stops are just a few minutes away on foot) in Prati district. Rione Prati is an elegant and bourgeois district in the center of Rome, full of squares, parks and good restaurants. The main attraction of the district is probably Via Cola di Rienzo, named after a Roman senator and nobleman, an important shopping street, less crowded than the well-known Via del Corso, but equally full of Italian and international high fashion shops. The famous Mercato Trionfale, considered one of the best food markets in Rome, is just 12 minutes away on foot.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee near the property (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Parking Prati, in Piazza dell’Unità 62, open 24h per day (NO LPG vehicles), a 7-minutes walk from the property.


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
