Urb. Residencial Begur: Simple house 'Dynaida Karadja'. Outside the resort, 2.3 km from the centre of Begur, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 800 m2. Patio (16 m2). Stepped path (21 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 2 km, railway station 'Flaçà' 30 km, sandy beach 6 km, shingle beach 9.1 km. Golf course (36 hole) 17 km, tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 101 m2 on 2 levels. Very simple and rustic furnishings: 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm), electric heater. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 french bed (135 cm), electric heater. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room 29 m2, on 2 levels with 1 sofabed (80 cm), open-hearth fireplace and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 7 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine). Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Animals are allowed, with a supplement of 30€ per pet.
