The flat is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Sankt Englmar (Bavarian Forest), more precisely directly in the Predigtstuhl Resort, which is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.
If you are an enthusiastic hiker, cyclist or skier, then our flat is just right for you.
The hotel complex includes: a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym.
Mini golf course, table tennis, playground and a free car parking space and wifi.
Directly opposite is an indoor playground for children (Family World) for a fee.
Excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity: many hiking trails, summer toboggan run, Waldwipfelweg, climbing forest, ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, ski school, riding stable, tennis court, swimming pond and shopping facilities in the village.
Conditions/Extras
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
50% is due after booking, the remaining 50% must be transferred 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.
Description of the unit
Our cosy holiday flat with balcony offers you enough space for up to 5 people on a total of 53 m².
The living room also has a Smart TV, a pull-out sofa bed, a fold-away bed and a coffee table.
The flat has a new kitchen with all the basic equipment you need for cooking. (Kettle, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment)
The dining area offers space for up to 4 people.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). There is also a large desk, TV and wardrobe in the bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet, towels, soap and toilet paper, children's toilet attachment and stool.
Conditions/Extras
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 0:00.
Departure is possible from 08:00 to 10:00.
Other arrival and departure times are possible on request.
The keys are handed over via a key box. You will receive the code for this by email or mobile phone message after full payment.
In addition, a tourist tax of EUR 3 per person / night must be paid
Children aged 0 to 5 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
After booking you will receive a separate confirmation from us with the necessary documents (bank details etc)
Parking is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
