Fantastic recently built villa, typical of the area. In a very peaceful setting, at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by the Urkiola and Gorbea natural parks. It stands out for its very modern interior, with open and wide spaces, with views to the mountain.
An energy efficient construction, respectful with the environment, make this house very comfortable all year round. And for the coldest days you can enjoy maximum comfort with its underfloor heating through radiothermal heating.
A strategic location for travelling to the Basque Country, just 20 minutes from Bilbao, 45 minutes from Vitoria and 1 hour from San Sebastian. Close to everything, but at the same time in a perfect area to rest and enjoy the Basque culture. Close to good restaurants and located in the municipality of Dima, famous in Basque mythology for its fantastic legends.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
Ground floor: from the main entrance you enter directly into the large living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. A very spacious space and the heart of the house. Ideal to enjoy in company. On one side is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and on the other side, two spacious bedrooms with a bathroom between them. There is also a laundry room on this floor.
First floor: up the stairs we find a small living room with a sofa bed and another double bedroom.
Dima is a peaceful and picturesque place that offers a rural atmosphere, perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the natural beauty and culture of the Basque Country. Its mountainous surroundings make it an ideal place for hiking and nature lovers

Fenced plot, the garden borders the whole house. It has a terrace, outdoor furniture and an outdoor fireplace. There is also an outdoor parking area.

The modern open-plan kitchen has direct access to the terrace and the garden. It has a ceramic hob and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
