2-room flat 63 m2 on the 1st floor. Bright, completely renovated in 2019, very stylish and cosy furnishings: Entrance with separate WC. Living room, window to the courtyard with 1 sleeping facility, dining table and flat screen. 1 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom with corner bath. At your disposal: Washing machine. Please note: Flat on the courtyard side. Non-smoking accommodation.

Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 3 pm to 6 pm. Prior arrangement by telephone requested. Departure until 10 am. The keys are handed over via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. The current Corona measures must be strictly adhered to and will be checked on site! We ask you to adhere to the check-out times according to the guidelines (or by arrangement). Otherwise a fee of 50EUR will be charged.
