Perched on the hillside, on the top floor of a historic 15th century palace, this villa for 8 people extends over 200 m². Outside, spacious terraces and a 40 m² solarium with table, sofa and sun loungers overlook the Moorish bell tower and the town's terracotta roofs and coastline. The icing on the cake is a stunning infinity pool with a small waterfall and hydromassage jets.


The interiors are spacious and inviting, with refined, modern furnishings and simple elegance. The living area includes a living room, a separate home theatre corner with sofa and flat-screen HDTV, and a beautiful kitchen that leads to a minimalist dining room. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the terraces.
