Our holiday home is situated in front of the ancient Ponte Nomentano and just a few minutes from the center of Rome in a convenient position to reach quickly all your destinations. It has been completely renovated in 2013 and combines at the confort of a modern hotel, the chance to experience this beautiful city in total freedom.

Our apartment is located on Via Nomentana height of Montesacro district. This semi-suburban neighborhood offers many services to commercial such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a very large mall. It is rich of green areas for regeneration and strategic location allows at the same time to reach the center of Rome in a very short time.
The nearest bus stops are just steps away from the apartment, and provide regular access to the heart of the ancient city. Both Nomentana Train Station and Conca D'oro Metro Station can be reached within just a 10-minute walk. If you will arrive with a car there is a free parking in the same Street of the apartment. There is the possibility of a private parking very close.
