Holiday home on the outskirts of the village in an idyllic location, surrounded by three fishing lakes and an 8000 square metre park-like estate. There is also a neighbouring nature reserve. You can totally escape from everyday life and arrive at a very special place in pure nature. The small village is located in what is commonly referred to as "Little Tyrol". There are hiking trails in all directions, mountain biking, cycling along the old canal and golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Cosy living in the house - antique furniture and the tiled stove create the appropriate atmosphere with contemporary standards. Barbecues, campfires, boating and table tennis are possible. You can only feel good.

Conditions/Extras
During the heating period, the living area (tiled stove) is heated exclusively with wood. Electric heating in this area must be charged additionally as required. A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking. The remainder is payable in cash or by bank transfer in advance. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.

Description of the unit
The holiday home has a total living area of 98 sqm. In the entrance area there is a bedroom, bathroom with shower. WC is extra. On the upper floor living room with tiled stove, from there also access to the kitchen and the balcony. Wonderful view of the fish ponds.

Conditions/Extras
Non-smoking; no street shoes in the house. Arrival from 14:00-20:00 and by arrangement. Please call in good time for other times. Departure until 11:00 am
