This wonderful holiday home is located near Lild, right on the beautiful beach.
From the house you have a moving view of the roaring North Sea, which you can see from the large panoramic windows and from one of the three terraces.
In fact, the holiday home is so close to the sea that the surf lashes against the windows during storms and otherwise the calming sound of the crashing waves is very relaxing.
Close to the holiday home is the 47 metre high limestone cliff Bulbjerg, Denmark's only bird cliff and the southernmost breeding site of the black-legged kittiwake.
From the highest point of the cliff you have a unique view of the North Sea, dunes, coastal forests and heaths, and at the foot of the cliff you can sometimes find fossilised sea urchins and other fossils.
It is also not far to the Vejlerne bird reserve, where you can observe rare bird species from observation towers.
Don't forget your binoculars! Numerous marked hiking and cycling trails, including the North Sea Route, lead through the beautiful landscape.
In addition to the beach, the fjord and the lakes are also suitable for fishing.
You can cast your fishing rod right in front of the house and get ready for a flatfish or cod.
The gentle Limfjord, just a few kilometres away, offers a change from the beautiful but sometimes rough North Sea and is characterised by picturesque villages, small ferry ports and calmer waters.
Those interested in culture can watch various artists at work in the museum of the painter Kirsten Kjær, get an impression of the enormous fortifications, the Atlantic Wall ordered by Hitler, in the interesting bunker museum in Hanstholm or walk on the shoulders of the Vikings at their burial sites near Frøstrup.
In the nearby towns of Thisted and Fjerritslev there are good shops and a wide range of sporting activities: golf course, riding centre, indoor swimming pool, bowling, museums, galleries and exhibitions.
