The historic Naschberghof was newly built in 2013. Since winter 2014/2015, it has been home to three imperial flats in ecological timber construction in traditional Tyrolean style with high-quality interior furnishings. The kitchens fulfil the highest standards of equipment and functionality and the bathrooms impress with their modern design. Each flat has a large balcony.

Our Naschberghof is situated on a plateau just above the centre of Ellmau in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. From here you can enjoy an unspoilt and unique panoramic view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain massif and the entire mountain world. The village centre is a 10-minute walk away.

Each flat in the Naschberghof is unique, individual and designed with great attention to detail and for the extraordinary. The exclusive furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We attach great importance to the use of natural materials!

The furnishings are very cosy and luxurious. Natural wood and reclaimed wood create the right ambience. Swiss stone pine in the bedrooms for a healthy night's sleep, solid wooden floors with underfloor heating and an open fireplace in two flats ensure a cosy warmth and round off the feeling of well-being. Nothing stands in the way of a healthy and comfortable indoor climate and therefore a relaxing holiday.

The kitchens meet the highest standards of equipment and functionality and the bathrooms impress with their modern design. Each flat has a large balcony.

The Naschberghof is the ideal starting point for many activities, whether summer or winter.

In winter it's "skiing from the front door". You have access to the Wilder Kaiser/Brixental ski area and the Astberg/Going ski area. A drag lift also takes you directly to our house. The 4.5 km long floodlit toboggan run is a five-minute walk from our house. We also have a curling rink with 2 lanes where you can play a fun game.

In summer you have direct access to the hiking trail network. Hiking trails lead directly along the house.

In winter you need snow chains or four-wheel drive.
