This flat has been declared clean and safe by the Portuguese authorities (Turismo de Portugal).
This colourful flat is located near one of Lisbon's main avenues, Avenida Almirante Reis, in the city centre. Not only is it close to the historic centre with the metro station just a few metres away but it is also close to some local areas such as "Avenida de Roma" or "Avenida Guerra Junqueiro", two residential areas in Lisbon full of commerce and life and very well served by public transport, making it the best option to stay during your family holiday or if you are a group of friends!
The flat is completely furnished, decorated and equipped. The functional design and decoration give the flat the feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. All sheets and towels are provided as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge in the flat.
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed each give the flat capacity for 4 people.
Please note that late check-in is done directly at the flat and has the following costs
- Between 8pm and 10pm - 15 €;
- From 10pm - 50 €
