You'll love the location: the Royal Luxembourg is situated in the residence of the same name, just a few metres from the beaches and the sea.

Furthermore, on the roof of the residence, you will have access to a swimming pool with panoramic sea views and a communal terrace.

Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you'll be in the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or. You'll be just a few metres from the beach and the sea, as well as the pedestrian street and its restaurants.

In addition, by reaching Place Masséna in just 5 minutes on foot, you'll have access to Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, or the Old Town, the ideal place to try all the specialities of Nice.


A few metres from the flat, you'll find a bus stop, allowing you to get around easily throughout Nice. If you walk to Avenue Jean Médecin, you will have access to the tramway.

SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:

A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the building (open from 1 May to 15 October: dates and opening times are subject to change depending on weather conditions). It is accessible to all residents of the building.
